The vision of the Neighbourhood Services Company is to support the development of a sustainable community through the creation of long-term employment and economic regeneration using the skills, commitment, pride and determination of local people to improve and regenerate their neighbourhood.

To help achieve this NSC has formed partnerships with:

NSC has significant contracts with its partners to maintain gardens in the north of the city on behalf of elderly/disabled residents and to clear and maintain open spaces within residential areas.

NSC is also contracted to refurbish void properties in the north of the city, bringing vacant properties back into use and providing good quality housing for residents within the AltValley area.

These projects together with the programmes being carried out by our partner company NSC Training will empower the community to deliver its own service requirements and to take responsibility for its future.
